Professional Learning & Ethical Practice
The professional learning of an educator is constant, meaning educators are continuously working to improve their practices. Through self-reflection, research, and collaboration, educators are able to stay relevant to the changes in education and better adapt to the needs of each learner.

Leadership & Collaboration
Educators are active role models for students and other members of the community. Therefore, it is their duty to take responsibility for student learning both in and out of the classroom. Educators regularly collaborate with families, school personnel, community members, and education professionals to gain a deeper understanding of how to meet the needs of their students and guide them to success.
